Bluestone Lane has partnered with Frankie's Bikinis in Montauk with a seasonal Coffee Shop/Retail location! Frankies Bikinis is a female-led beachwear and lifestyle brand known for their fashion forward designs, innovative fabrics, and inclusive range of styles created for women of all shapes and all sizes. Mother and daughter duo, Mimi and Francesca Aiello, began designing bikinis out of their Malibu home in 2012 and since then have built the brand into an internationally recognized company.

We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented Retail Supervisor for this location! This is a full-time, seasonal position. The store will be open from the end of May - September 2024. Housing is provided!

What you'll do:

• Provide a high level of hospitality and customer service to every patron
• Assist in overseeing the other employees
• Monitor daily sales transactions
• Become well educated on Frankie's products and price points
• Have a keen awareness of the store's financial performance, & help drive the efficiency and hospitality in the cafe to maximize and meet sales targets & average customer spend
• Assist with opening and closing the store
• Assist in inventory

Who you are:

• Someone with 1-2 years of retail experience in retail
• A hospitality first people person--you simply love to make others feel good, no questions about it!
• A positive contributor to the team environment, working cohesively with others to deliver exceptional experiences
• A multi-tasker who won't bat an eye even when caught under a bit of pressure
• A fast learner can shift from one job to the next with ease
• A punctual & reliable teammate, always on time for shifts & never leave your teammates hanging
